Our mindset is simple: winning is earned every day. It comes from how we practice, how we prepare, how we compete, how we respond to adversity, and how we hold each other accountable.

We want Kiwi Smash to be an organization filled with people who are hungry to improve and willing to put the team before themselves. We believe talent is important, but talent without discipline, trust, effort, and accountability will only take a team so far.

Our standard is excellence.
